I am currently shipping from Rhode Island in the United States.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to me and we can figure out a solution together!
+ When can I expect my order to come in?
Your package will ship by the Monday after your order, domestic shipping in the US usually takes about 3 to 7 days!

+ I can’t see my tracking info/my package is lost?
Please contact me with your name and order number and from there we can work together to see what happened to your package.
However, once your package has left my hands and has been sent out, there’s unfortunately not much I can do on my end as I’m not responsible for its shipping. But I will do my best to try to find a solution with you!
+ My package arrived, but it’s damaged!
If an item you ordered is damaged, please contact me with your name, order number and include a photo of your damaged item for reference. I will do my best to work with you to find a solution!
