As of December 17, 2021: Patreon has early access to preclaim first! Then after, my adopt designs will be sold through my ko-fi shop.

After I see your claim/purchase, I will reach out to you via DM and ask you to note me your paypal email after confirming your purchase claim.

All patreon adopt payments are to be made in USD through Paypal via invoice.

Payment is expected upfront.

If payment isn't received within 24 hours after I respond to the purchase claim, the claim will void and the adopt will be put up for sale again.

After purchase has been cleared you will receive an un-watermarked full resolution file of the adopt artwork as well a web sized version of the artwork. I will do this through email only.

I retain all legal rights to my designs. For this reason, my adopts are for noncommercial/personal use only (i.e. my adopts may not be used in anything that will turn up a profit, such as: games, books , art pieces, art prints, merchandise, comics, etc.)

You may not claim to be the creator of the design, only the owner of the character.

You can determine the sex, gender, backstory, and personality of any adoptable you purchase.

You are free to use the artwork for page-sitters, character profiles sites, etc. (like toyhou.se and such!)

You must credit me as the creator of the design (@robogart is fine! That’s my twitter and tumblr).

As the artist, I retain the right to use the image for self promotional purposes, but please note that is ALL I will be using them for! Once you purchase, they are YOUR new OC! I will not use them for any personal stories or projects.

Reselling is allowed.

You may not resell the adopt for more than what you paid. (ie if you paid $80 you may not sell it for more than $80).

Please do not sell a design you received in a trade or as a gift.

Trading is allowed.

Gifting is allowed.

I am not responsible for any failed transactions (file transfer, monetary, etc.) after the initial purchase of adopt (from me).

You are totally free to make minor edits to your adopt as you please!

• i.e: gender, hair color/length, eye color, clothes, etc.

• However you may not drastically change the character’s skin tone or body type. (Changing the body type is less applicable to chibi designs since they are chibi proportioned, so if you draw them at a more realistic proportion, feel free to draw their body as you please.)

Please do NOT edit the original artwork.

You may add the minor edits to the design via any new artwork that you or a commissioned artist creates.

You may not make copies of the design (twins/triplets/etc.) There is one design only.

You may not turn any of my designs into a CS (Closed Species).

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS MY ART ALLOWED TO BE TRACED OR COPIED.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS MY ART ALLOWED TO BE USED TO PROMOTE HATE SPEECH.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES IS MY ART ALLOWED TO BE MINTED OR SOLD AS AN NFT. If you do this, you lose all rights to the adoptable and I am allowed to resell them to someone else.
